Will lead the commercial integration of iAlumbra’s Land Operations ecosystem, connecting hospitality, regenerative tourism, conservation, food production, aviation experiences, and community-centered initiatives into a coherent, high-value commercial and brand strategy. The role exists to transform a highly complex and evolving ecosystem into scalable commercial narratives, premium positioning strategies, and profitable revenue-generating experiences aligned with iAlumbra’s regenerative mission and long-term vision.
Strategic commercial integration: Develop integrated commercial, marketing and sales (business development) strategies across multiple business units and experiences. Translate complex ecosystem narratives into scalable commercial and revenue strategies. Align revenue growth initiatives with regenerative and sustainability principles.
Brand narrative & experiential positioning: Build sophisticated storytelling frameworks connected to nature, culture, conservation, and experiential hospitality. Design high-value tourism and hospitality experiences for curated premium audiences. Strengthen positioning strategies across hospitality, tourism, and impact-driven experiences.
Commercial growth, business development & ecosystem coordination: Work cross-functionally with hospitality, restaurants, ranching, tourism, food production, and impact teams. Lead new business development, revenue management, and commercial operations across the entire ecosystem. Coordinate marketing and sales efforts across internal stakeholders and external partners. Help institutionalize commercial capabilities, systems, processes, and revenue targets.
Market development & audience strategy: Identify strategic audiences aligned with regenerative tourism and luxury experiential travel. Develop positioning and revenue growth strategies targeting affluent and internationally oriented markets. Build strategic relationships across hospitality, tourism, family offices, and impact ecosystems.
Education
Preferred academic backgrounds include: Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Commercial Strategy, Brand Strategy, Communications, or related fields connected to hospitality, experiential tourism, lifestyle brands, or commercial growth.
A postgraduate degree (MBA, Hospitality, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Sustainability, or related fields) is considered a strong advantage but is not mandatory.
Experience
+8-10 years of experience in marketing, commercial strategy, hospitality, or revenue leadership roles.
Proven experience leading P&L or revenue of multi-unit portfolios in hospitality or experiential tourism.
Demonstrated track record of revenue growth in premium or luxury experiential hospitality.
Experience integrating multiple business units, brands, or experiences under a unified commercial strategy. Background in experiential hospitality, alternative luxury tourism, or lifestyle brands.
Experience developing commercial strategies for premium and international audiences, including family offices and UHNW travelers.
Ability to operate effectively in dynamic, ambiguous, and evolving organizations. Experience in sustainability, regenerative tourism, conservation, impact-driven organizations, or hybrid business models is highly valued.
Knowledge and Skills
Fully bilingual: Spanish and English (written and spoken) for executive-level positioning and global ecosystem coordination.
