Job Description

Welcome to Huble 👋, HubSpot’s 2024 global partner of the year! We are a global HubSpot, AI, marketing & creative consultancy enabling mid-market and enterprise businesses move faster, adapt smarter, and innovate freely—by building their business around HubSpot’s CRM. We believe in striking a balance between professionalism and being human.

👀 Who we're looking for:
The Head of Marketing is responsible for managing and executing Huble’s global marketing activity across demand generation, campaigns, events, content, website management, partnerships, and social media.

This role combines overall marketing leadership and strategy with hands-on execution — ensuring marketing plans are strategically aligned, effectively coordinated, executed on time, and contributing to pipeline growth.

The role works closely with the CEO, Commercial Directors, sales teams, and regional stakeholders to translate business priorities into coordinated marketing execution across multiple regions.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone highly organised, commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously.

The Head of Marketing reports directly to the CEO.

  • Ensure marketing activity contributes toward inbound demand generation and pipeline growth
  • Coordinate campaign execution across channels including website, events, content, partnerships, email, webinars, paid activity, and social media
  • Manage campaign timelines, execution standards, and delivery across the marketing team
  • Track and report on marketing-generated pipeline and sales prospects

2. Website Management & CRO

  • Own the operational management of Huble’s website
  • Manage website updates, positioning, messaging alignment, and ongoing improvements
  • Oversee the upcoming website rebuild project alongside internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure the website supports conversion, demand generation, and commercial positioning objectives
  • Continuously review and improve website conversion performance and user journeys
  • Work with the Content & Search Manager to improve organic and AI search visibility

3. HubSpot Ecosystem & Partner Marketing

  • Support co-marketing and partnership marketing activity with HubSpot and other technology partners such as Demandbase, Aircall, and strategic vendors
  • Coordinate partner campaigns, webinars, content collaborations, and ecosystem engagement initiatives

4. Events & Webinar Management

  • Lead the operational management and coordination of Huble’s in-person and virtual events
  • Coordinate logistics including exhibition planning, accommodation, travel, suppliers, timelines, promotional activity, and budget management
  • Support pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up activity with sales and commercial teams
