About the Role

As Head of Marketing & Product Management Europe, you will be responsible for shaping and executing ISUZU’s marketing, product, and pricing strategy across seven European markets.

In this key leadership role, you will drive the market positioning of the ISUZU D-MAX, oversee product and commercial strategy, and contribute significantly to the growth of sales, market share, and profitability across the region.

You will lead an international team and work closely with our European markets, dealer network, and global OEM. The position reports directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

1| Marketing, CRM & Dealer Support

  • Lead marketing campaigns, product launches, CRM initiatives, and dealer marketing programs.

  • Oversee PR activities, press events, trade shows, and customer events.

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

2| Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop the Marketing & Product Management team.

  • Work closely with Sales, After Sales, Finance, and the European markets to align commercial priorities.

  • Consolidate market requirements from seven European markets and translate them into clear product, pricing, and commercial proposals for the global OEM.

3| Product & Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute the European product strategy for the ISUZU D-MAX across seven markets.

  • Define market-specific product specifications, grade structures, accessories, and special-edition strategies.

  • Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

4| Pricing & Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and manage pricing, incentive, and commercial offer strategies by market.

  • Conduct competitor pricing and profitability analyses and translate findings into concrete pricing actions.

  • Prepare business cases and recommendations for product, pricing, and commercial decisions.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, or Commercial Management within the automotive or light commercial vehicle industry.

  • Experience with an OEM, importer/distributor organization, or national sales company is highly desirable.

  • Proven track record in product management, pricing, brand development, and business growth.

  • Strong understanding of market intelligence, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy.

  • Commercial mindset combined with strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

  • Hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and results.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
