Confirma Software is building a centralized, data-driven marketing organization supporting multiple SaaS and software companies across the Nordics.
We are now looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to help build the operational foundation behind scalable growth.
The role focuses on:
Marketing operations and scalability
CRM and lifecycle management
Sales- and marketing alignment
Reporting and operational governance
Cross-functional coordination
Process improvement and standardization
Scalable campaign and lead management
You will help ensure that marketing across multiple companies and markets works in a structured, measurable and scalable way.
Develop and improve marketing processes, structures and ways of working across multiple companies and markets.
Ensure campaigns, lead flows and reporting are scalable and consistent.
Create operational clarity between marketing, sales and local teams.
Develop and maintain HubSpot structures, lifecycle stages and lead management processes.
Ensure high data quality, reporting consistency and operational governance.
Support automation, segmentation and campaign operationalization.
Build reporting frameworks and dashboards together with the Performance & Growth team.
Support tracking, attribution and KPI structures.
Ensure marketing activities are connected to pipeline and commercial outcomes.
Work closely with:
Head of Performance & Growth
Head of Content
Local marketing and sales teams
Help align processes, communication and operational execution across markets
Identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
Standardize workflows and documentation.
Create structures that allow the organization to scale without losing speed or quality.
We believe you have experience from a role within:
Marketing Management
Project management
CRM / Lifecycle
B2B SaaS Marketing
Digital Marketing
You likely have experience with:
HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
Marketing automation and lifecycle management
Reporting, dashboards and KPI follow up
Working closely with sales and marketing teams
Building processes and operational structures
Cross-functional collaboration in growing organizations
Experience from B2B SaaS and / or multi market environments is highly valued.
Structured and process oriented
Commercially minded and data-driven
Comfortable balancing strategy and hands on execution
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Pragmatic problem solver
Motivated by creating clarity, structure and scalability
You will join a central marketing team responsible for building a modern, scalable marketing organization across multiple Nordic software companies.
You will work closely with leadership and have a real impact on how marketing operates, scales and contributes to growth across the group.
