At Côte Brasserie, we're passionate about bringing the charm and enjoyment of French dining to the UK high street. As one of the UK's best-loved restaurant brands, we're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing to join us on an initial fixed-term contract with an immediate start.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead the marketing strategy for an iconic hospitality brand at a pivotal stage of growth, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

What You'll Do

• Lead the Côte marketing agenda, driving both brand growth and commercial performance.
• Develop and deliver impactful campaigns that attract new guests and keep existing customers coming back.
• Shape exciting food, drink and customer propositions in partnership with our Food & Beverage teams.
• Drive customer engagement across digital, CRM, loyalty, ecommerce and in-brasserie experiences.
• Work closely with creative, social, PR and digital specialists to deliver standout integrated marketing activity.
• Use insight, data and market trends to identify opportunities and maximise return on investment.

About You

You'll be a senior marketing leader with experience within hospitality, retail or another consumer-facing brand. You'll combine strong brand-building credentials with commercial acumen and be comfortable leading across brand, digital, CRM, customer experience and trading activity.
