About:

Our client is a Dubai-based luxury scent company with spirituality, sustainability and giving back at the heart of its brand. Founded and run by women, the company creates signature scent collections from its Dubai atelier, with a flagship presence at Dubai Mall alongside other retail locations, partner outlets, kiosks, pop-ups and private-client services.

We are looking for a strategic yet highly hands-on Head of Marketing to lead the overall marketing function for our client.

The successful candidate will translate the Founder/Creative Director's vision into clear and commercially effective marketing plans while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.

This is not a purely strategic or delegation-focused role The ideal candidate should be comfortable getting into the detail and executing alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Develop and own the annual and monthly marketing strategy.
• 
  Build and manage the marketing calendar.
• 
  Lead product launches, campaigns and seasonal activations.
• 
  Develop integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels.
• 
  Oversee social media, content and community building.
• 
  Manage PR, influencer and partnership initiatives.
• 
  Coordinate external agencies, creators and suppliers.
• 
  Ensure consistent brand positioning and communication.
• 
  Translate the Founder/Creative Director's vision into executable plans.
• 
  Work closely with Sales to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
• 
  Support retail, gifting and e-commerce growth.
• 
  Manage marketing budgets and campaign performance.
• 
  Define and monitor marketing KPIs.
• 
  Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• 
  Lead and mentor the Marketing Coordinator and Senior Graphic Designer.
• 
  Present regular marketing reports and recommendations to the Founder.

Candidate Profile

• 
  6–10+ years of marketing experience, ideally with luxury or premium brands.
• 
  UAE market experience strongly preferred.
• 
  Experience in luxury fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality or premium lifestyle.
• 
  Strong understanding of digital, social media, content, PR and brand marketing.
• 
  Commercially aware with strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion.
• 
  Strategic thinker who is also highly hands-on.
• 
  Strong project management skills.
• 
  Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• 
  Creative, entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented.
• 
  Comfortable working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
