About the role

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the category growth, profitability, market share and category health working closely with the global category teams, adapting global playbooks and ensuring culturally relevant activation.

  • Ensure excellence in activation, consumer and shopper experience and execution quality across all touchpoints.

  • Partner closely with Commercial leaders to unlock growth opportunities and performance by channel and customer.

  • Working with the Regional Marketing Operations and MarTech hub, prioritise portfolio investments and resources across brands.

  • Drive category capability and talent development.

About You

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline

  • 8–12 years of marketing or commercial experience

  • Proven track record managing portfolios and delivering growth

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
