ABOUT THE ROLE
Head of Marketing – Cotton On Menswear
At Cotton On Menswear, we don’t just sell clothes—we create moments, build community, and connect with our customer in ways that feel real, relevant and fun.
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who knows how to bring the brand to life. Someone who understands that great marketing isn’t just seen—it’s felt. You’ll know how to entertain, inspire and engage our customer every single day, turning product into stories and moments they want to be part of.
At its core, this role is our unofficial “Chief Entertainment Officer” for Menswear—owning how we show up in our customer’s world, ensuring every interaction with the brand feels engaging, culturally relevant and worth coming back for.
The Role
This is a role for a true brand builder.
You’ll lead the charge in connecting every part of the customer experience—product, design, social, digital, CRM, loyalty and retail—into one seamless, compelling and unmistakably Cotton On Menswear journey.
You’ll step into a thriving, highly creative environment and provide strategic leadership across Creative, Marketing and Store Experience, elevating what we already do well and pushing us into what’s next.
What You’ll Bring
• A deep understanding of culture, community and what makes our customer tick—you don’t just follow trends, you know how to interpret and amplify them
• A natural ability to entertain and engage, bringing energy, humour and personality into the brand in a way that feels authentic
• Proven experience leading integrated, omni-channel campaigns that drive both brand love and commercial outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen—you balance creativity with results
• A highly collaborative mindset, with the ability to connect cross-functional teams and bring them on the journey
• Exceptional leadership capability—you inspire, develop and energise your team to do their best work
What You’ll Do
• Shape and lead the Menswear brand strategy, ensuring it’s distinctive, consistent and culturally relevant
• Act as the Chief Entertainment Officer for our customer, crafting bold, entertaining and culturally relevant experiences that go beyond traditional marketing
• Create campaigns that stop our customer in their scroll and in-store, blending storytelling with standout creativity
• Bring together teams across Creative, Digital, CRM, Retail and Product to deliver a unified, engaging experience
• Champion innovation in how we show up—from social storytelling to in-store moments that surprise and delight
• Build a high-performing team culture where creativity thrives and people feel empowered
• Drive measurable growth across engagement, traffic and sales
