Client company introduction: 

Pakistan's Leading Manufacturers of high-quality packages, with over 30 years of excellence in the packaging industry.

The Head of Marketing will lead the strategic positioning of The Company as a premium partner for all sorts of flexible packaging. You will be responsible for penetrating blue-chip accounts and developing a robust export pipeline. Alongside that, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales and marketing division, ranging from client acquisition to social media branding.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Develop and execute entry strategies for Pharma and specialized FMCG/Confectionery segments.

Gravure Leadership: Drive sales by curating a network of potential clients, emphasizing quality benchmarks for high-speed, high-definition output.

Technical Consultation: Act as a technical bridge between clients and production, advising on substrate selection (BOPP, PE, PET, CPP) and lamination requirements (Solventless/Solvent-based). Candidate must be well aware of the technical aspects of different packaging films as well as their use cases.

Export Development: Identify and establish distribution channels and direct client relationships in international markets.

Brand Stewardship Oversee all corporate communications, trade show presence, and digital identity.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in the Flexible Packaging industry, with a focus on B2B marketing or business development.
• Proven Network: Established connections within the procurement departments of major Pharma and FMCG firms.
• Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Rotogravure and Flexo printing, including prepress, lamination, as well as bag making knowledge.

Work Timings: 10:00 am 7:00 pm

Work Days: Monday- Saturday

Work Mode: On-site

Location: FB Area, Karachi
