Thanks to Shirley and Anthony Nolan, our register of almost a million potential donors, our cell and gene therapy research and our expertise in stem cell transplants, we currently help four patients a day in need of a transplant, giving more people another chance to live.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketeer to lead our Marketing team.

Title: Head of Marketing & Brand

Salary: £60,000-£65,000 per annum

Contract: 12 months Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid*, with head office in Hampstead, London

You are an experienced and effective team leader and manager, nurturing and developing our ambitious marketing and brand team to deliver against our organisational objectives. You will lead your team to deliver the marketing and brand strategy 2026-8, ensuring our work is audience and insight led. You will lead your team to optimise all marketing activity, integrating across teams and channels to achieve results. You will drive the evolution of our brand in line with the organisational strategy, bringing brand and creative excellence to all applications and a coherent and engaging brand experience to all touchpoints. You will lead the marketing approach for multiple audiences, as well as leading the digital marketing team to deliver outstanding communications across multiple marketing platforms and channels. You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisations, building relationships for success. You will be a key member of the Engagement Leadership Group and work closely with senior management across the organisation.
