About this position:

Our Client is a technology driven company delivering high impact artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to enterprise and government clients.

The Head of Marketing and Branding will define and execute the Client's global brand strategy, driving demand generation and positioning the company as a leading AI company in Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the Company's global brand identity and positioning

  • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads

  • Collaborate with CRO to accelerate sales cycles through marketing-qualified leads

  • Oversee content marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives.

  • Position the Company as Africa’s AI thought leader through PR and media relations

  • Manage employer branding to attract top talent globally

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.​


Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred

  • 10+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles (CMO, VP Marketing, etc.)

  • Proven track record building brands from early-stage to market leadership

  • Expertise in B2B tech marketing, including demand generation, ABM, and content
