As Head of Marketing, you lead our marketing team day to day and help them grow into a sharper unit and turn data into decisions that move marketing forward.
This is what you’ll do
As Head of Marketing, you lead a team of 8 marketers (7 based in our HQ and one based in Cologne) and make sure they have clear priorities, real ownership, and room to grow. Strategy is something you shape together with our founders, but this is a hands-on role: you translate direction into campaigns, tools, and targets the team can actually execute against.
You’re not managing from the sidelines: you stay close to the work, read the dashboards yourself, and change course when the data tells you to. You build the dashboards that show what’s working, spot where the funnel leaks, and use that to steer the team’s next move. As we shift from a sales-led model to a product-led (PLG) one, you work closely with the Product team to keep Dyflexis moving in the same direction.
Dyflexis is growing fast, including into new international markets, and marketing needs to grow with it. That means this role, and the shape of the team around it, will keep evolving. You’ll have real input into how that happens.
Lead and grow a team of 8 marketers: set clear goals, give regular feedback, and build a team that wants to level up.
Shape marketing strategy together with our co-founders, then own turning it into campaigns, tools, and targets the team can execute on.
Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, from CRM to automation tools to integrations.
Build dashboards and use data to track funnel performance and guide the team’s priorities.
Work closely with Product as we shift from sales led to product led growth, and adapt marketing as Dyflexis grows internationally.
Coach your team members and support their growth, from day-to-day feedback to longer-term development.
This is what you’ll need
7+ years of marketing experience in a SaaS, B2B environment.
3+ years in a people management role, where you’ve led and grown a team.
AI Fluent. You use AI tools daily to work faster and smarter, and you bring your team along with you.
Strong with data. You build KPIs and dashboards yourself and use them to make decisions, not just report on them.
A strategic thinker who’s just as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on execution.
Experience helping a marketing team evolve, whether that’s new ways of working, new tools, or a shift in focus.
Fluent in English. Dutch and German are a plus.
