Job Description
Job Title: Head of Marketing
Salary: $2K up/1month
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the company's annual and long-term marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Develop and manage annual marketing budgets.
- Allocate resources effectively across brands and initiatives.
- Establish KPIs and measure the effectiveness of marketing investments.
- Lead brand growth initiatives to increase market share
- Identify market opportunities, consumer trends, and competitive developments to support strategic decision-making.
- Establish marketing priorities and investment plans across brands and channels.
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategies for all imported dairy and milk product portfolios.
- Lead marketing initiatives targeting hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and food service
- Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand objectives and commercial targets.
- Other Tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA or master's degree is preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience.
- At least 4 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Strong experience within Food & Beverage, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven track record in brand building, trade marketing, consumer activation, and commercial growth.

Working Day: Monday – Saturday (Morning)
Working Hour: 8:00AM - 5:15PM
