Job Title: Head of Marketing
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Employment Type: Full-Time
Function: Marketing
Time Zone: Eastern Time
About the Opportunity
This is a unique marketing leadership opportunity to help scale one of the Caribbean's leading wellness brands into a globally recognised name. The role oversees a diverse portfolio spanning multiple sub-brands, commercial channels, and international markets, with significant growth ambitions across Jamaica, the wider Caribbean, North America, and beyond.
The business is a vertically integrated cannabis and botanical wellness company with operations across cultivation, manufacturing, retail, tourism, ecommerce, and international B2B distribution. Its commercial footprint includes retail locations, wellness products, ecommerce operations, experiential tourism offerings, and a growing international partner network.
The company is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function and help drive the transition toward becoming an AI-first organisation. AI is already being used across reporting, customer care, content production, and operations, with plans to further embed AI capabilities throughout the business.
Role Purpose
The Head of Marketing will develop and execute the marketing strategy across all consumer-facing areas of the business. This role is accountable for revenue performance across channels, leads the marketing team, and serves as the senior commercial and brand leader within the function.
This is a hands-on leadership role. Initially, the successful candidate will be directly involved in planning, campaign execution, reporting, and optimisation while building scalable systems and processes. As the business grows, the role will evolve into a more traditional executive leadership position.
