Autobrava is looking for someone who isn’t afraid of speed — both on the track and in everyday business challenges! We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will take over the marketing wheel of three unique brands — MG, XPENG, and Ducati If you can juggle multiple projects at the same time and challenges motivate rather than intimidate you — this position is for you!

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
• Coordinate the development of 3 brands and ensure consistency across all communication channels
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (GEO, SEO, SEM, social media, etc.)
• Ensure strict compliance with international brand identity (CI) guidelines across all channels and dealerships
• Manage marketing budgets, optimize resources, and oversee financial processes
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities, provide recommendations for marketing improvements
• Collaborate with journalists, agencies, influencers, and maintain ongoing communication with manufacturers
• Execute tactical campaigns, product launches, and events
• Generate creative ideas for new model launches, campaigns, and brand events

Requirements

• Proven experience successfully managing multiple brands with a strong strategic mindset (experience in the automotive industry would be considered a strong advantage)
• Experience in brand management, visual identity, design processes, and quality control
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (B2 level or higher)
• Strong computer literacy, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team
• Driving license.

Salary: €4630–4958 eur/month before taxes.
