Our Client is hiring a Head of Marketing to build and scale a high-impact marketing function from the ground up. This role is focused on driving revenue through product marketing and precision-based ABM in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

Our Client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company redefining how service-based businesses operate and grow. With strong product-market fit and increasing demand across commercial and enterprise segments, they are scaling their go-to-market engine and targeting a defined set of high-value accounts.

Their market is highly concentrated, and success is driven by precision, not volume. Marketing is deeply integrated with Sales and plays a critical role in influencing pipeline, accelerating deals, and driving expansion within key accounts.

About the Role:
This is a zero-to-one build. The Head of Marketing will define the strategy, build the foundation, and execute alongside the team. You’ll be in the details—working directly with Sales on account strategy, shaping messaging, and driving programs that directly impact revenue.

The ideal candidate is a player-coach who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable operating without a playbook, and knows how to turn focused marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build and own the marketing function end-to-end
  • Lead product marketing (positioning, messaging, ICP definition, segmentation)
  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies targeting enterprise accounts
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline and support deal execution
  • Execute high-impact events and field marketing initiatives tied to key accounts
  • Support targeted demand generation efforts as needed
  • Lead and execute a company rebrand initiative
  • Stand up marketing systems, processes, and reporting
  • Manage agencies and external partners
  • Hire and scale a high-performing marketing team

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep product marketing expertise
  • Proven experience running true ABM programs (named accounts, not just campaigns)
  • Experience supporting enterprise, multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Track record of building or scaling marketing in a high-growth environment
  • Hands-on, player-coach mindset
  • Strong ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Ability to operate with speed and structure in a scaling organization
