Head of Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, including planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations, ensuring alignment with the companys objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize strategy and results.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, conducting performance reviews and facilitating department meetings.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate marketing into broader business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and partnerships with external media and advertising agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success.
• Fluency in both English and Thai, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and project management expertise.
