Applift is seeking a senior, hands-on Head of Marketing to build, own, and scale our entire marketing engine during a critical growth phase.
This is a company-defining role for an experienced marketing leader who combines strategic depth with executional excellence, thrives in fast-moving environments, and has a proven track record of building demand engines that generate real revenue impact.
You will start as a builder and operator, taking full ownership of the company’s lead generation efforts, detecting and converting high-quality SQLs into sales meetings with our sales team representatives at a growing scale. Over time, you will scale what works and help build, refine, and lead Applift’s marketing strategy, infrastructures, work methodologies and a full marketing team, all for supporting meaningful growth.

The Opportunity
As Head of Marketing, you will own Applift’s inbound lead generation operations and their ongoing growth motion end-to-end.
Your primary mandate is clear:
Build a lead generation engine that consistently produces sales meetings with high-quality leads.
You will inherit existing channels and agency relationships, yet you are expected to challenge, redesign, and optimize everything - from funnel structure and attribution to execution speed and ROI.
This role reports to C-level leadership and works as a peer to Sales leadership, with high visibility and influence across the organization.

Define the strategy. Manage the execution.
Design Applift’s entire marketing strategy, then build, manage and coordinate all of the company’s marketing channels for ideal execution, including (but not limited to) performance marketing services, organic marketing projects, social media presence, social proofing, media productions, PR operations and any other channel you see fit.
Achieve fast (as possible), efficient and accurate marketing experimentation methods for data-driven workflow and decision making, while optimizing our overall marketing performance and constantly testing new ideas.
