Head of Marketing Luxury Retail Brand

• Location: Head Office, Paarden Eiland, Cape Town
• Travel: Local and international travel required
• Salary: Market-related (benchmark range R1.1mR1.8m CTC p/a, depending on experience)

You will work closely with the creative and product teams to bring the brand story to life through world-class campaigns, while overseeing performance-driven marketing, CRM, and customer insights. What You Will Be Doing

• Driving innovative marketing strategies that boost sales across retail, eCommerce, and global markets
• Aligning digital performance, CRM, and brand-building for a luxury omni-channel experience
• Leading a high-performing marketing team and collaborating across creative, retail, and product divisions
• Taking ownership of marketing performance, reporting, and spend optimisation
• Steering the brands international growth in the UK, US, and Africa

What We Are Looking For

• At least 6 years in a commercial marketing role, with 3+ years in leadership
• Experience in luxury, retail, or lifestyle brands (agency or in-house)
• Strong track record in digital marketing, customer insights, and team leadership
• Visionary thinker with commercial drive and data-led decision-making
• A passion for brand building and premium customer experiences
