About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Marketing to join our team. This role involves developing and managing marketing programs and campaigns to achieve business goals, setting sales forecasts, and creating promotional targets. The ideal candidate will monitor performance, manage budgets, and ensure alignment across all channels and departments to increase sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and develop marketing programs to achieve the companys business goals.

• Review and revise marketing programs to ensure successful results.

• Set up monthly sales forecasts and promotion targets.

• Analyze and develop business plans, marketing strategies, and marketing calendars to increase sales.

• Create campaigns and promotions for all channels.

• Monitor sales performance, identify causes affecting performance, and assess their impact on sales.

• Manage relationships and marketing campaigns with business partners.

• Identify stores with low sales volume and develop promotional campaigns to assist in achieving positive results.

• Develop grand opening programs for new stores to build brand awareness and drive traffic in the local community.

• Monitor the marketing budget monthly to ensure advertising expenditures and promotions align with the budget.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay updated.

• Ensure consistency of marketing plans across all touch points: online, offline, and in-store.

• Liaise with various departments within and outside the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Marketing Management or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in the marketing field, preferably within the retail industry

• Proficiency in English and computer literacy

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills

• Strong team management skills, with the ability to develop and supervise a team effectively

Working Condition

• This is a full-time position based at the office in Bangkok, Thailand near BTS Siam

• Regular office hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m., Monday to Friday
