Head of Market Controlling & FP&A (m/w/d)

The Head of Market Controlling & FP&A plays a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of the business, driving robust financial planning, performance management, and commercial insight to enable sound strategic decisions and sustainable, profitable growth. As a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership, the role delivers clear, forward‑looking financial perspectives and value‑driven recommendations that influence key business outcomes. You will act as the primary financial counterpart to the Director Sales Europe and work in close partnership with the European Leadership Team, ensuring commercial focus and financial discipline across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering and safeguarding strong financial governance, transparency, and performance rigor
• Creating high‑impact commercial analyses across pricing, margins, profitability, and scenario planning
• Translating financial insights into actionable input for strategic and commercial decision‑making
• Owning and continuously enhancing budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
• Leading, developing, and inspiring the Market Controlling and FP&A team to deliver best‑in‑class business support

You bring these skills, experience & education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, with strong focus on FP&A and controlling
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or multinational finance teams in a matrix organization
• Strong understanding of market dynamics
• High level of accuracy, integrity and strong analytical skills
