Filevine is seeking a Head of Major Accounts to lead our strategic pursuit of the nation's largest and most prestigious law firms. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is focused exclusively on identifying, targeting, and closing enterprise-level deals within the AmLaw 500. The ideal candidate brings a deep network within Big Law, a track record of landing complex, high-value accounts, and the tenacity to build and own a high-impact pipeline from the ground up. This is a high-visibility, high-reward opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a significant mark on the legal technology landscape.
What You'll Do:
Pipeline & Deal Ownership
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for AmLaw 500 accounts — from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and close.
- Accurately forecast pipeline activity and report on progress against revenue targets.
Account Strategy & Expansion
- Develop and execute a strategic account plan to penetrate and expand Filevine's presence within major law firms.
Executive Relationship Building
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with decision-makers at the largest and most influential law firms in the country.
Internal Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner closely with the CRO and internal leadership to align go-to-market strategy with enterprise sales targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless experience from deal through onboarding.
Market Intelligence & Product Feedback
- Contribute market intelligence and client feedback to inform product direction and roadmap priorities.
Thought Leadership & External Presence
- Represent Filevine at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a thought leader in legal technology.
- Attend 8–10 high-profile industry events annually as Filevine's on-the-ground subject matter expert, representing both product and industry expertise to customers, prospects, and industry influencers.
- Participate in podcasts, media interviews, and speaking engagements to articulate the value of Filevine's product to legal professionals and broader industry audiences.
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record closing large, complex deals in the legal industry or legal technology space.
- Demonstrated success selling into AmLaw 500 or equivalent large law firm accounts.
- Existing network and relationships within Big Law; ability to open doors at the C-suite and Managing Partner level.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to build a territory strategy from scratch and execute with discipline.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company where priorities evolve quickly.
- Experience with legal practice management, e-billing, or legal workflow technology is a strong plus.
- JD is required.
