Head of Legal for ABAC and Healthcare Compliance
As Head of Legal for ABAC and Healthcare Compliance, you lead Philips’ global legal compliance strategy across Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption and Healthcare Compliance. You act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while ensuring a robust, effective compliance framework that supports the business.
Your role:
Lead and develop the global ABAC and HCC legal function, setting priorities and driving execution
Advise senior stakeholders on complex compliance and regulatory matters
Oversee internal investigations and guide responses to compliance incidents
Ensure effective implementation of global compliance policies and programs
Partner with Legal, Internal Audit, and business leaders to strengthen compliance monitoring and controls
Support strategic initiatives, including M&A, with compliance expertise
Drive training and awareness across the organization
Mentor and develop legal and compliance professionals
You're the right fit if:
Master’s degree in Law and qualification to practice in a relevant jurisdiction
15+ years of legal experience, including significant experience in compliance within a highly regulated environment
Proven leadership experience in building and managing global teams
Strong expertise in anti-bribery, corruption, and healthcare compliance frameworks
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into practical legal guidance
Strong judgment, integrity, and decisiveness in complex situations
