Job Description

Noma Security is seeking a Head of Legal (Commercial) to lead our commercial legal operations and establish a proactive legal program that enables business growth. This role will serve as a trusted partner to our go-to-market (GTM) organization, ensuring that legal processes are efficient, scalable, and empower the business.

As we scale rapidly in the cybersecurity and AI ecosystem, you will build and own a legal framework that accelerates our commercial motion, supports strategic deals, and safeguards the company’s interests.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

Commercial Legal Operations

• Own and manage all commercial legal activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex B2B agreements.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure smooth and timely deal execution.
• Standardize contract templates and playbooks to streamline operations.

Build and Scale Legal Programs

• Design and implement a comprehensive legal program to support Noma’s commercial expansion.
• Develop processes and tools that enable scalable, business-aligned decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across global markets.

Business Partnership

• Act as a trusted legal advisor to GTM teams and leadership.
• Translate legal concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Provide clear, pragmatic guidance that balances legal risk with business goals.

✅ What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in commercial law, ideally within cybersecurity, AI, or SaaS startups.
• Strong understanding of B2B enterprise contracts, risk management, and compliance.
• Proven ability to build and operationalize legal programs that empower business teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity, partnership, and pragmatism.
