  • Lead or co-lead transactions in the mid-cap segment (primarily < EUR 20m), with Polish capital as a core buyer base, alongside land disposals across all ticket sizes
  • Act as a key contributor to the growth of the residential platform, in close cooperation with Karolina Furmańska
  • Originate and execute sale-and-leaseback opportunities across sectors

Desired Candidate Profile / Key Strengths

  • Natural exposure to Polish private capital
  • Well-established, long-term relationships based on trust, not just a contact database
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Polish entrepreneurs, legal advisors and asset managers
  • Strong understanding of local investors’ decision-making processes
  • In-depth knowledge of land, planning frameworks and investment processes
  • Nationwide coverage with strong familiarity across regional markets
  • Proven track record in executing transactions across asset classes – from land to office, retail and alternative assets
  • Combination of strong relationship management and transactional execution skills
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics
