The Head of KYC Operations is responsible for stabilising, structuring and improving Inpay’s KYC operations. The role will ensure that the KYC team operates efficiently, with clear priorities, strong execution discipline and appropriate governance, while supporting the company’s regulatory obligations and commercial needs.
The role is critical to strengthening operational performance, reducing backlog, improving transparency and ensuring a sustainable operating model across KYC processes.

Your profile
We are looking for a strong operational leader who can combine structure, execution and people leadership in a complex and high-pressure environment.
The ideal candidate:
• Has solid experience leading operations, processes or business-critical teams.
• Is strong in execution and able to drive progress through others
• Solid experience with complex KYC cases in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto, particularly for complex corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and practical application of CDD/ODD/EDD/EDR.
• Brings structure, calmness and clarity in demanding situations
• Is comfortable working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders
• Has a pragmatic and hands-on approach combined with good judgement
