About Curoflow
Curoflow is building the operating system for European private healthcare. Our platform gives SME clinics everything they need to run their practice — from digital patient intake and video consultations to EHR, e-prescriptions, lab integrations, and AI-powered clinical support — in a single, CE-marked, GDPR-compliant solution.
We are 25 people today, serving customers across 9 geographic markets, and we are getting ready to scale to ~70 employees across 5 core markets — and beyond — within ~18 months.
We Are Hiring Across the Organisation
This job ad is one of many we are releasing in parallel. We are building multiple teams at once — product, engineering, commercial, operations, and leadership — as we enter the most defining chapter in our company's history.
We expect most hires from this wave to begin between September and December 2026. We will take the time we need to find the right person for each role. We would rather wait for the right fit than rush to fill a seat.
What Kind of Person We Are Looking For
Let's keep it simple. Curoflow is a start-up that will have growth pains — with everything that entails. You will be judged first and foremost by your character. If you are applying for this job thinking it is just any other job, you would be wrong.
We will demand a growth mindset and someone who is deeply committed to our goals. You will be compensated accordingly, but we must stress that we are looking for the type of person whose motivation primarily comes from earning stock options or having a bonus model and being part of building a great company.
In return you will get that rare, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that can mark a lifelong memory of what you were part of building.
The Role: Head of Key Accounts / Enterprise Sales
Most of Curoflow's growth comes from inbound marketing, strategic partnerships, and a Customer Success team that runs demos and onboarding for individual SME clinics. That engine works. But the largest opportunities in European private healthcare don't close themselves through a signup flow — they are won in the room, over months, by someone who can navigate a complex organisation and earn the trust of the people making the decisions.
That is this role. You are our first dedicated enterprise closer. You will personally run our largest and most strategic deals: multi-site private clinic chains, private hospitals, and payers and insurers across our markets. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor hunting role — you build the pipeline, run the process, and close. This is a lone-wolf role in a sales organisation containing a CRO, Head of Partnerships and a Head of Customer Success, and that is by design: we want a proven closer who leads with results.
You will report to and work closely with our CRO,who owns Curoflow's overall revenue engine. They will be your manager and your sparring partner on strategy, pricing, and the deals that matter most — and your route into the wider commercial organisation. But the pipeline and the accounts are yours to run.
As we grow, so can the role.Land the first marquee accounts and prove the enterprise motion, and there is a clear path to building and leading the key-accounts function as Curoflow scales across Europe. How far it goes is largely up to you.
What You'll Do
First 6–12 Months
• Own the enterprise pipeline end to end — identify, qualify, and personally close large key accounts across Sweden, Denmark, the UK, and the wider EU
• Land marquee accounts across three segments: multi-site private clinic chains, private hospitals, and payers/insurers
• Define the enterprise sales playbook from scratch — how we find, engage, and win complex accounts, and how we price and structure multi-site and multi-year deals
• Navigate long, multi-stakeholder buying processes — clinical leadership, operations, IT, procurement, and finance — and build the business case that gets each of them to yes
• Partner closely with Customer Success on complex onboarding and land-and-expand within large accounts, and with Marketing and Partnerships to turn inbound and partner-sourced interest into enterprise pipeline
• Bring the voice of large customers back to the CPO and product team — the requirements, integrations, and security or compliance needs that unlock bigger deals
• Track and report your pipeline, forecast, and won ARR in HubSpot with the rigour a growing company needs
As We Scale (12–24 Months)
• Consistently deliver signed enterprise ARR against ambitious targets, and turn the first wins into a repeatable enterprise motion
• Expand key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and new-site rollouts within existing chains and groups
• Support new market entries with an enterprise angle from day one
• Given the drive and results, build and lead the key-accounts team as the function grows
Who You Are
• 8+ years in B2B enterprise or key-account sales, with a proven record of personally closing large, complex deals
• A genuine hunter and closer — you are energised by owning a number and landing accounts yourself, not by managing a team's forecast
• Comfortable navigating clinical, operational, IT, procurement, and finance stakeholders inside a single deal
• Consultative and credible with senior decision-makers — you build trust and lead a value-based sales process, not a transactional one
• Structured and disciplined with pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene (HubSpot or similar)
• Excellent English; Swedish and other European languages are a strong plus
Preferably
• Experience selling into healthcare, healthtech, or another regulated/complex B2B environment
• Experience selling to private clinic chains, hospital groups, payers, or insurers
• A relevant network among decision-makers in European private healthcare
• Familiarity with how SaaS, integrations, and data security factor into enterprise healthcare buying decisions
• Experience building an enterprise sales motion or playbook from an early stage
Why This Role Matters
Our SME engine gives us scale; enterprise deals give us step-changes. A single multi-site chain, hospital, or payer can be worth more than dozens of individual clinics — and each one becomes a reference that makes the next deal easier. You are the person who opens that entire tier of the market for Curoflow, and sets the template for how we win it as we grow.
What We Offer
• A role with outsized impact — you personally open a whole new tier of the market for Curoflow
• Real ownership from day one, with the autonomy to shape how we sell to enterprise — and a clear path to build the function as it grows
• A competitive package with meaningful upside tied to what you close
• Equity participation (stock options) post probation period, because we want everyone to share in what we are building
• A product and mission that genuinely matters — we are making healthcare more accessible across Europe
• A collaborative, low-ego culture where people care deeply about what they're building
• Expected start date: October–December 2026
