Our client, a dynamic organisation within the FMCG industry, is seeking an experienced Head of Juicery & Factory Shop to lead and grow its direct-to-consumer retail operations while driving sustainable business growth across multiple store locations.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the overall Juicery and Factory Shop operations across all retail locations.
• 
  Drive sales growth, profitability, and commercial performance across the retail channel.
• 
  Ensure consistent operational standards, merchandising, customer service, and store presentation across all stores.
• 
  Manage, coach, and develop store supervisors and retail teams to build a high-performance culture.
• 
  Oversee stock management, inventory control, replenishment, and supply chain coordination to optimise product availability and minimise waste.
• 
  Monitor store performance through sales reporting, operational dashboards, and financial analysis, implementing corrective actions where required.
• 
  Manage promotional activities, pricing strategies, and in-store marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• 
  Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall store performance.
• 
  Evaluate new store opportunities and contribute to retail expansion strategies.
• 
  Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution across the retail network.
• 
  Ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  Minimum 5 years' experience in retail, multi-site operations, or FMCG environments.
• 
  Relevant qualification in Business Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field will be advantageous.
• 
  Proven experience managing multiple retail locations and driving sales performance.
• 
  Strong experience in retail operations, inventory management, and stock control.
• 
  Experience managing promotions, merchandising, and customer service initiatives.
• 
  Exposure to retail expansion, store rollouts, or site evaluations will be advantageous.
• 
  Experience working with multiple business systems, reporting platforms, and operational data.
• 
  Strong commercial understanding with experience managing store profitability and operational costs.
