As Head of Japan Payments Client Service – Vice President within the Client Onboarding and Service team, you will lead a dynamic group dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences. You will drive the service strategy, implement tailored solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and represent client services in regional initiatives.
