Your Role
As the Head of IT Shipping Performance & Delivery Excellence, reporting directly to the Shipping CIO, you are the strategic owner of operational excellence and delivery performance improvement for the entire Shipping IT perimeter.
Your mission is to identify and drive continuous enhancement of both Run and Build performance, ensuring Shipping IT aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable value.
What are you going to do?
1. Drive Operational Excellence (Run)

2. Improve Delivery Productivity (Build)
• Optimize delivery velocity and quality for Shipping IT products (deployment frequency, lead time, milestone adherence).
• Pilot improvement plans: identify bottlenecks in delivery cycles and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity.
3. Define and Implement Shipping KPIs
• Develop Shipping-specific KPIs, aligned with the group’s technical standards.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in collaboration with Data/BI teams/Group Performance Team.
4. Govern and Collaborate
• Take full ownership of the monthly IT Performance Committee and organize regular reviews with IT and business teams to align priorities and share insights.
• Act as the primary interface between the Shipping CIO, IT teams, business or all other relevant stakeholders to translate technical challenges into business impacts.
Who are we looking for?
• +10 years of experience in IT systems management, IT quality, or a senior IT governance role — with a consistent track record of operating at Director or equivalent level.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable IT performance initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset: comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing trends, and driving decisions based on metrics.
• Strong leadership: ability to align cross-functional teams (IT, Data, Business) and drive change at a divisional level.
