This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll lead the delivery of IT operations across a complex healthcare environment, ensuring our systems, services and infrastructure support exceptional patient care and colleague experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the IT Operations and Service Delivery strategy for our Dental business
Oversee IT infrastructure including cloud platforms, networks, telephony, end-user computing and on-premise systems.
Ensure availability, performance, security and resilience of systems.
Lead disaster recovery and business continuity activities.
Own and improve the IT Service Management framework.
Lead Service Desk, Application Support and Major Incident Management teams.
Manage supplier relationships and contracts.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team.
What are we looking for:
Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role within a complex, multi-site environment (healthcare or service industry preferred).
A strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure), and service management.
Demonstratable success in leading large teams and managing third-party vendors.
Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks (v3 or v4 certification preferred).
Experience with regulatory compliance in healthcare or similarly regulated industries.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
