Our client is a well-established Chinese Financial Institution in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for Head of IT to strengthen their IT function.

Responsibilities

• Directly reports to CEO and lead a small team
• Monitor all IT operations, including network, infrastructure and help desk functions
• Manage IT security & compliance control
• Provide technical advice and expertise to support the technology solutions while maintaining the integrity and quality of the operating environment
• Develop and revise BCM model
• Lead data security and compliance projects
• Manage the team to perform system implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting and health checks
• Perform application maintenance to ensure and align with business needs
• Perform changes to improve operational efficiency
• Liaise with Vendors and external consultants on service management

Requirements

• University degree/ college diploma in Technology discipline or related field
• Minimum 8 years' experience in IT, preferably in asset management, brokerage, or banking industry
• Minimum 3 years' team management experience is preferred
• Ability to work under pressure, with strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential
