About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of IT to lead our client's HQ in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems implementation especially with a deep understanding of SAP (preferred)and a proven ability to align IT strategies with business objectives. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company's IT operations, infrastructure, and systems.
Oversee end-to-end ERP implementations, with a focus on SAP or similar enterprise systems.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Ensure data security, compliance, and business continuity planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and drive innovation within the IT landscape.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and direction to the IT team.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle ERP implementation projects; SAP experience is highly desirable.
Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
