About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with a global leading financial technology firm, focused on digital currency payments and asset tokenization, seeks a strategic and results-driven Director of Investor Relations. This role acts as the primary bridge between the company and the investment community, crafting and delivering a compelling investment narrative. Candidates with hands-on Investor Relations experience at US-listed companies and familiarity with cross-border capital markets operations will find a premium platform blending Nasdaq's global reach with Hong Kong's operational strengths.

About your role

• Develop IR Strategy: Create annual/long-term IR plans, craft compelling investment narratives, and target ideal long-term investors aligned with business goals.
• Lead Capital Markets Engagement: Serve as primary contact for analysts, investors, bankers, and media; manage earnings calls, roadshows, Investor Days, and conferences; prepare all external materials (decks, press releases, Q&As).
• Ensure Disclosure Compliance: Oversee accurate, timely regulatory filings and periodic reports; collaborate with Finance/Legal to manage inside information and insider trading risks.
• Monitor Market Intelligence: Track stock performance, peer valuations, and market dynamics; gather and report investor feedback/sell-side views to inform senior leadership.
• Build Key Relationships: Foster trusted ties with institutional investors, analysts, and media; execute IR plans during corporate events to maintain confidence.
• Support Capital Operations: Lead end-to-end IR for offerings, M&A, restructurings, divestitures, and spin-offs, including integrated communication strategies.
• Drive Strategic Value: Articulate deal rationales, synergies, and long-term value to guide market expectations, manage sentiment, and ensure successful project execution

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelors degree or above in Finance, Economics, Financial Management, Communications, or related field; certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of Investor Relations experience, with proven track record at US-listed companies required.
• Deep knowledge of financial markets and investor analysis to interpret complex business/financial data into professional insights.
• Strong grasp of industry models to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Expertise in US disclosure standards and proven ability to produce high-quality IR materials for listed companies.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (native/professional fluency required).
• Sharp market insight to identify risks from feedback and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
• Proven compliance focus, cross-departmental collaboration, execution under pressure, and timezone adaptability; valid HK work authorization.
