Identify, organize, value, optimize and monetize GTG’s infrastructure and real assets,
including fiber routes, poles, POPs, network facilities, leases, rooftops, land, buildings and other
infrastructure-related assets.
1. Create a complete asset register covering digital infrastructure, network assets, property-related assets and lease rights.
2. Classify assets by ownership, utilization, revenue potential, legal status, condition, location and strategic value.
3. Develop asset monetization strategies such as leasing, co-location, sharing, infrastructure SPV,
sale-and-leaseback or JV models.
4. Work with finance to value assets, calculate return on assets and recommend
capital allocation.
5. Work with legal to verify title, lease rights, permits, encumbrances
and documentation gaps.
6. Set preventive maintenance, lifecycle planning and asset performance reporting standards.
7. Support business cases for data center, tower/pole leasing, fiber wholesale and property-linked infrastructure opportunities.

Requirements
1. 8+ years in asset management, infrastructure asset management, telecom infrastructure, property asset management, facilities portfolio or real asset investment.
2. Experience managing asset registers, valuation, leasing models, lifecycle cost and utilization improvement.
3. Understanding of telecom/fiber/pole/network facilities is highly preferred.
4. Strong Excel, reporting, documentation and cross-functional coordination skills.
