About Your Company

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Investment to lead deal origination, execution, and portfolio management for a regional venture fund focused on early-to-growth stage investments across fintech, deep tech, sustainability, and cross-border opportunities in Asia-Pacific and MENA. You will shape investment thesis, build the deal pipeline, and drive outsized returns while representing us with LPs, co-investors, and portfolio founders

About your role

• Lead end-to-end investment process: source proprietary deals, conduct due diligence, structure terms, negotiate with founders, and manage portfolio value creation
• Develop and execute sector-specific investment strategy targeting high-conviction opportunities in robotics / fintech / deep tech / sustainability / healthtech, etc
• Build and manage relationships with top-tier co-investors, family offices, corporates, and LPs across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Middle East
• Represent the fund at industry conferences, LP meetings, and founder pitch events

What you will need to succeed

• 20+ years direct venture capital experience with proven track record of leading deals from $5M-$50M ticket sizes
• Former GP/Partner or Head of Investments at established VC fund, corporate VC or family office with LP reporting
• Realized exits (IPOs/M&A) generating 3x+ net returns; deep network of repeat founders and co-investors
• MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution; Mandarin fluency highly preferred for Mainland China deal flow
• Track record scaling investment teams from 3-15 people; experience with LP communications and capital calls
