This is a high-impact global leadership role for a strategic communicator and change leader who can help translate complexity into clarity, drive innovation and digital fluency, and build confidence through change and strengthen how colleagues understand, connect to and act on WTW’s pr iorities. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communication, this leader will influence enterprise strategy execution across more than 40,000 colleagues globally and serve as a key partner to executive leadership during one of the most transformative periods in the company's history.
The Head of ICCM will lead global internal communication and change management across WTW, overseeing enterprise, segment and function efforts while upskilling and developing talent to ensure ICCM is a high-performing team. The role combines enterprise strategy, executive counsel, people leadership and disciplined execution – setting the direction for how WTW communicates internally, manages change, strengthens colleague engagement and measures communication effectiveness.
As a member of the Corporate Communication leadership team, this leader will serve as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leaders, helping shape clear narratives, anticipate colleague impact, build readiness for change and ensure internal messaging is consistent, compelling and aligned to WTW’s strategy, culture and client commitments.

Requirements:
Significant experience proactively leading change management and internal communication at scale across large, complex, global organizations, including major transformations, operating model changes, business integrations and M&A-related initiatives; brings external benchmarking and market insights to drive best-in-class practices and colleague experiences.
Deep expertise in change strategy, execution and adoption using frameworks that drive organizational resilience.
Proven track record advising and influencing executive and senior leaders through complex change; able to provide candid counsel and build trusted advisor relationships at the highest levels.
Ability to equip leaders to communicate clearly, authentically, consistently and effectively, particularly during periods of organizational and strategic change.
Fluency in how AI and automation are reshaping work, communication and change management – with experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (such as Copilot or equivalent) personally and across your team to elevate the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of ICCM delivery.
Strong people leadership, performance coaching and management, and collaboration skills – with the ability to develop leaders, build teams, strengthen skills and bring cross-functional colleagues together toward shared goals.
Strong business and financial acumen, including experience in managing budgets, prioritizing investments and demonstrating measurable business value from communication and change initiatives.
Analytical mindset – adept at using data, benchmarks, insights and metrics to assess impact, identify trends, inform prioritization decisions and continuously improve communication, change and colleague experience outcomes.
Highly organized, detail-oriented and adaptable; skilled at managing multiple concurrent priorities across geographies and time zones.
Handles sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, while remaining calm and effective in high-pressure environments, including crises, significant organizational change and periods of uncertainty.
Aptitude to synthesize direction, navigate ambiguity and prioritize actions from a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to design and deploy communication channels and messages for global, multicultural audiences, collaborating effectively across teams, functions, geographies and leadership levels.

Compensation and Benefits
Benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000 to $250,000.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
