The Head of Integrated Operations Planning will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of production operations for Fincantieri Marine Group (FMG) and Fincantieri Marine Systems N.A. (FMSNA), working closely with executive leadership to lead the assessment, planning, and coordination of production strategies for new and emerging U.S. programs. This involves aligning resources, facilities, and capabilities to optimize cost and performance for both initial and long-term production efforts. This individual will support the VP of Integration, Innovation, and Control, and corporate executives, by analyzing facility capacity, workforce readiness, and infrastructure needs across multiple shipyards to provide actionable, data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making.
Domestic and international travel is required.

PAY RANGE: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00
This range represents the overall market pay rate for candidates who meet the necessary qualifications and experience requirements for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and performance.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee’s workspace is in a clean and comfortable climate-controlled setting with little to no exposure to the moving equipment, elements, extreme conditions, or risk of injury. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. When entering the shipyard, areas of the work environment may not be climate-controlled, and there is exposure to moving equipment, etc.
