Our client is a leading asset management and investment firm.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement insurance business strategic plans, action plan and initiatives in achieving the Company’s business targets.
• Take part in Investment Panel for insurance product assessment and clients’ portfolio management.
• Regular research on market trend and statistics, keep abreast of the market development and obtain market intelligence.
• Identifying and recommend appropriate insurance products to map the client tail.
• Work with Relationship Managers to perform client-centered portfolio review and design to ascertain the client's capacity for risk.
• Develop and conduct regular trainings to enhance insurance knowledge of Relationship Managers.
• Work with compliance team to ensure the sales practice is fully compliant.
• Establish good relationship with business partners and Relationship Managers to gain support for product delivery strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree with major in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics Marketing or related discipline.
• At least 6-8 years working experience in product management in financial products.
• Sound knowledge in risk management on insurance & investment products.
• Insurance and Investment professional qualification, such as FLMI; CFP/CFA would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skill.
• Strong sense of commitment.
• Creative, self-motivated, analytical and be attentive to details.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese (Mandarin).
