We're looking for an ambitious and inspiring Head of Instruments | Poland & Baltics to lead our Instruments business across the region. This is a strategic leadership role at the crossroads of commercial growth, innovation, operational excellence, and people development.
You will lead a team of sales and service professionals, shape our market strategy, and drive the transformation of our Instruments business into a highly competitive Med-Tech organization. Success in this role will require the ability to lead teams through change, manage cross-functional projects, and bring people together around a shared vision.
✔ Proven leadership experience in Med-Tech, Medical Devices, Optical Equipment, Healthcare Technology, or a related industry
✔ Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary sales and service teams through transformation, change, and business growth
✔ Strategic and commercial mindset, with project management skills and the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives
✔ Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Customer-focused leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
✔ Fluent Polish and advanced English
