Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow institutional and corporate non-borrowing deposits across Bank of Jordan branches in Saudi Arabia.
  • Lead and supervise the unit’s operations, employees, performance management, and workflow efficiency.
  • Develop and enhance institutional banking products and solutions, including deposits, cash management, payment solutions, and digital services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector entities, major corporations, embassies, and international organizations.
  • Drive business development activities, client acquisition, deposit growth, and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor customer service quality, resolve client issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and Head Office to deliver integrated banking solutions and strengthen institutional partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with major deposit sources to support liquidity management and funding stability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and interest rates to maintain competitive pricing strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and internal governance policies.
  • Represent the bank at conferences, forums, and institutional events to strengthen the bank’s market presence and strategic relationships.
  • Oversee reporting, audit follow-ups, and implementation of corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

Skills and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector, including at least 3–5 years in non-borrowing account management, institutional business development, or corporate banking relationship management, in addition to experience in growing client portfolios in both the public and private sectors.
  • Full proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cross-selling and upselling skills.
  • Good knowledge of the policies and procedures governing the work and their updates (internal and external).
  • Knowledge of Companies Law, Banking Law, and Saudi Central Bank regulations, laws, and systems.
