Ready to help build a sustainable future with us? Join us as our new Head of Installation to establish and grow the new Installation team at ROCKWOOL. You'll play a central role in transforming how we manage the installation process of large CAPEX projects, working across multiple disciplines and geographies to ensure every installation is executed to the highest standards.
Your future team:
You will join Project Execution, a Unit responsible for delivering complex CAPEX projects, varying from construction of new stone wool factories to converting existing production lines to more sustainable operations. Project Execution consists of Project & Programme Management, Civil, Project Support and Implementation departments. Your team will initially comprise 10 full-time positions in the United States and 5 in Europe, with plans to expand globally as we scale. The Installation team operates on site, bringing oversight, continuity, and control of installation activities - regardless of technical discipline. You'll also work closely with project directors, engineers from specialised disciplines and a network of trusted contractors.

Travel: Approximately 60 days per year (roughly one week per month), though you'll have flexibility to manage your schedule. You'll support multiple project sites and may travel across Europe, the United States, and potentially Asia as the team expands.
