Requirements

• 5 years of experience in insights, strategy or research or consulting field

• Strong background in consumer insights, brand strategy, market research, or cultural intelligence

• Experience managing senior client relationships and growing accounts

• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous briefs and turn them into structured, high-quality outputs

• Experience building or improving research methodologies and frameworks

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with key client stakeholders across brands, agencies, and insight teams

• Act as a senior thought partner to clients, helping shape briefs into sharper business questions

• Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships into larger and longer-term mandates

• Build strong trust with clients through high-quality thinking, proactive problem solving, and clear point of view

• Ensure Consuma is seen not just as a vendor, but as a strategic research and intelligence partner
