We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Infrastructure / IT Operations Manager to lead our client’s infrastructure strategy, technology operations, and service reliability function.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring highly available, secure, and scalable technology platforms that support business growth, customer experience, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the infrastructure and IT operations roadmap.
- Lead enterprise infrastructure, cloud, network, and systems operations.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of critical platforms.
- Manage infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and service improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery strategies.
- Drive operational resilience and technology scalability.
- Lead infrastructure modernization and automation initiatives.
- Manage technology vendors, service providers, and operational SLAs.
- Build and develop a high-performing infrastructure and operations team.
