What you'll do

• Define the EMEA In- & Outbound Logistics Excellence strategy and roadmap aligned to global standards; execute regional change and communications plans; build a best‑practice community and champion network; define and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead end‑to‑end deployment of strategic regional systems (e.g., SAP TM, Transporeon) - from pre‑engagement planning and business readiness to rollout and post‑go‑live stabilization - ensuring no disruption to service

• Establish a structured cadence of EMEA business reviews; leverage data‑driven insights to steer performance; identify gaps and deploy the Excellence team to stabilize operations and mitigate risks

• Directly manage Excellence and Implementation managers; ensure teams provide local organizations with the tools, training, and process frameworks needed to meet and exceed SLAs

• Monitor operational governance and SLA management; align logistics tenders with procurement to optimize supply chain and vendor performance across EMEA

Who you are

• Extensive experience in senior roles within Logistics/ Supply Chain Operational Excellence, Process Management, or Transformation, with a strong track record of leading large-scale programs and improving performance

• Proven experience managing large initiatives and cross-border deployments of ERP, TMS, and WMS - from design through go-live and stabilization

• Expert at dissecting complex business reviews, interrogating operational metrics, and pinpointing root causes to drive effective corrective action

• Skilled in aligning Procurement, Operations, Sales, and other teams around a single excellence standard; prepares organizations for “next-level” operations while maintaining BAU stability

• University degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
