Head of Identity and Access Management (80-100%)
Join Lombard Odier as Head of IAM and contribute to establishing robust identity and access management practices, protecting our critical assets and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
YOUR ROLE
The Head of Identity & Access Management (IAM Manager) oversees all activities related to identity and access management to ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of information systems. They lead the IAM team (administrators, analysts), define the IAM vision and strategy, and ensure that the right users have the right access to the right systems at the right time.
The IAM Manager plays a key role in protecting the company’s information assets by ensuring alignment between business needs, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
This role includes:
Leadership & Management:
Define operational objectives, monitor performance, manage priorities, and ensure service quality.
Oversee activities related to SLAs, security KPIs, and compliance indicators.
IAM Governance & Strategy:
Define, maintain, and evolve the IAM strategy, including Identity Governance (IGA).
Develop and enforce policies, standards, and procedures in line with regulatory frameworks.
Implement and supervise controls, audits, and periodic access reviews.
IT / Business Collaboration & Integration:
Co-design integrated solutions.
Collaborate with HR, business teams, and management to facilitate onboarding, mobility, and offboarding processes.
Raise awareness among employees on best practices.
Technology & Innovation:
Drive the IAM technology roadmap: modernization, automation, integration of new tools, and workflow improvements.
Maintain active monitoring of industry trends.

You have solid knowledge of IAM solutions (CyberArk, Okta, or similar).
You are familiar with key IAM concepts (RBAC, Need-to-Know, Need-to-Do).
Your experience includes participation in internal or external audits.
