About Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS)

Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) is a rapidly scaling mobility platform business within the Bosch ecosystem, building coordination infrastructure for the mobility and logistics ecosystem across India, Europe, and North America.

The business is currently at ~€12M revenue and is on a strategic growth trajectory toward €100M and beyond, with long-term ambitions toward €1B scale. This requires building a workforce architecture capable of supporting a platform organization operating across multiple geographies and partner ecosystems.



Mobility Platform & Solutions (MPS) is a rapidly scaling mobility platform business within Bosch, building coordination infrastructure for the mobility ecosystem across India, Europe, and North America. As the business grows from ~€12M toward its long-term ambition of €1B, we are seeking a Head of Human Resources to architect and lead the global people function.

This is not a traditional HR leadership role. The position requires designing and executing the workforce strategy for a global platform organization, building leadership capability, and enabling scalable talent architecture across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Build and Lead the HR Function

• Design and establish the HR operating model including HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and HR Operations.

• Implement fit-for-purpose HR systems, workforce analytics, and people processes.

• Build the HR team and capabilities as the organization scales globally.

Strategic Workforce Architecture

• Translate the strategic workforce plan into operational execution.

• Make capability decisions across build, partner, source, and ecosystem talent models.

• Align workforce expansion with revenue milestones and business growth strategy.

Leadership Pipeline Development

• Establish leadership assessment and development systems for global leaders.

• Ensure leadership capability runs 2–3 years ahead of organizational growth.

• Build a pipeline of leaders with domain, entrepreneurial, and geographic capabilities.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

• Develop sourcing architecture for scarce mobility and platform-technology talent.

• Build employer brand visibility in global mobility and technology ecosystems.

• Establish partnerships with executive search firms and industry networks.

Global Workforce & Organizational Design

• Architect workforce distribution across:

o India – development and innovation engine

o Europe – market credibility and expansion

o North America – strategic ecosystem presence

• Design organizational structures aligned with platform operating models.

Bosch Interface & Governance

• Operate effectively within Bosch corporate HR governance while advocating flexibility required by a platform business.

• Ensure compliance across jurisdictions including India, Europe, and North America.

• Partner with corporate HR on compensation architecture, policy alignment, and governance.

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a strategic HR leader experienced in scaling organizations in complex, high-growth environments.

Typical backgrounds may include:

• Platform / Technology HR Leader HR leadership experience in high-growth platform, marketplace, SaaS, or mobility technology companies.

• Enterprise Transformation HR Leader HR leader from a multinational organization who has enabled high-growth or transformation initiatives within a complex corporate environment.

• Consulting-to-Operator Leader Former organizational or HR strategy consultant who has moved into a senior operating HR role.

Key Capabilities

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

• Strategic workforce planning and organizational design

• Experience building HR capability from scratch or during rapid scale

• Multi-geography HR leadership experience

• Strategic talent acquisition in competitive talent markets

• Strong stakeholder navigation within complex corporate environments

• Comfort integrating new workforce models including ecosystem partners and AI-enabled work models

• Executive presence, influence, and high relational intelligence
