Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive HR expertise in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with Alstom’s global vision while supporting the growth and development of our Thailand team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, and Senior Leadership), provide guidance on leadership and organizational development, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of driving the People Management Cycle and fostering a constructive social environment, but also lead efforts in workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting the development and implementation of the global HR strategy at a country/site level in line with the local business strategy
Ensuring efficient implementation of global and local HR processes, policies, and tools
Coaching and advising the Thailand Country Management team and People Managers on HR-related matters
Promoting Alstom’s Code of Ethics and values, while fostering a positive company image
Analyzing HR data to address key issues such as attrition, staffing, employee performance, and training
Ensuring compliance with local statutory regulations and maintaining constructive labor relations

University degree in human resources, psychology, business studies, social science, or economics
Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role within a professional, multinational, or multicultural environment
Proven expertise in recruitment and selection, workforce planning, and labor cost budgeting
Strong understanding of HR management tools, policies, processes, and best practices
Good knowledge of local labor laws
Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and influencing skills
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Proactive, adaptable, and committed to excellence
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to handle complex situations with sound judgment
Global and cultural awareness
Ability to foster a positive and inclusive work climate across all levels of the organization
