Our client is a well-known property developer, they are inviting a high calibre candidate for the following vacancy:

Head of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for talent management, such as recruitment, talent acquisition and development, performance evaluation, etc.
• Design and coordinate various training programs
• Support in developing corporate plans in compensations and benefits
• Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of solid Human Resources experience, of which 8 years or more in managerial level
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinance is a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) 
• Experienced in dealing with Senior Management is preferable
• Familiar with London Labour Ordinance is a definite advantage
