As part of the HR Department, HRBP Retail Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- According to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in store
- Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee execution of a plan to address using talent management tools and resources
- Facilitate, execute and/or participate in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required
- According to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in store
- Translate business unit strategy and create short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients.
- Support the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company
- Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy
- Monitor "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas)
- Lead the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores and the HR Department
- Supervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required
- Support the implementation of business unit specific development strategies. Drives or coordinates the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength
- Establish the training strategy with the L&D Manager and assure the cascading above all the Retail
- Deliver and deploy the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives
- Embody the Sephora values and act as Sephora Ambassador
- Promote, implement, communicate activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues
- Ensure proper management of labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances in collaboration with legal advisors, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Act as change agent
Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years in on-field HR roles, preferably in retail
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proactive, adaptable, and aligned with Sephora’s values.
- Willingness to travel for business needs.
